They were designed by the famous Architect Gae Aulenti in the circa 1990 to Abaco (Italian manufacturer).
Gae Aulenti was an Italian Architect/ Designer who in the 1972 participated with others important Italian designers in the well-known show ” Italian: the new Domestic Landscape” organized by Emilio Ambasz at the MoMA in New York.
She was an important exponent of the Modern Architecture movement and she received many awards.
Her most famous work was the re-qualification of the Gare D’orsay in Paris in the current Orsay Museum.
